Students can either download the application form from the PU Board website (www.pue.kar.nic.in) or collect it directly from the institution. A prospectus will be provided at a nominal cost.
The completed application form, along with required photocopies of certificates, must be submitted on or before the due date.
A merit list of selected students will be announced according to the schedule.
All admissions are provisional until the verification of certificates and documents by the college and PU Board.
No enrollment will be finalized unless:
The student has paid the prescribed fees.
Required documents like caste/income certificates, transfer certificate, migration certificate (if applicable), and recent photographs are submitted.
Essential Documents
SSLC/Std X marks card or a true copy of the marks card signed by the school principal.
Transfer Certificate.
Caste Certificate (if applicable).
Income Certificate (if applicable).
Aadhaar Card.
Two passport-size and two stamp-size recent color photographs.
Photocopies Required
SSLC or equivalent marks card.
Attested income certificate.
Attested caste certificate.
For other state students: Provisional Eligibility Certificate from the PU Board.
Payment of Fees
Students must pay the full prescribed fees at the time of admission. Partial payments will not be accepted.
Fee dues, if any, must be cleared before the annual examinations. Certificates like the Transfer Certificate (TC) will not be issued until dues are cleared.
A receipt will be provided for all payments.
Code of Conduct
Attendance
Prior permission must be sought for leave, accompanied by a leave note signed by the parent with a contact number.
For medical leave, a valid medical certificate must be provided along with a leave note.
Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in each subject as per PU Board regulations.
Parents will receive monthly updates on attendance via reports from the attendance committee.
Students with less than 75% attendance will not be allowed to take final exams.
Parents must attend all scheduled Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
Dress Code
Students must display their ID cards at all times.
Girls should wear salwar kameez or knee-length kurtas with jeans.
Boys should wear formal attire. Plain collared T-shirts are permitted with formal footwear.
Students should maintain neat and groomed hairstyles.
Students violating the dress code will not be allowed on campus.
Rules to Follow
Ragging or bullying is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
Loitering during working hours is not allowed.
Damage to college property will result in penalties.
Punctuality must be observed at all times.
Participation in tests and exams is mandatory.
Students must maintain cleanliness and proper behavior.
Mobile phone usage on campus is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in confiscation.
